I've already had my copy sent which I paid £24.99 for, dont see why the price was £5 higher for 4 days and then back to £19.99 again.

Under Play's pre-order price promise you should be eligible for a refund of the £5 price difference (as the SB's not out until next Monday).

It's sold out when all the items have been paid for.

There will be cancellations, non payments and maybe allocation stock held back. So, it will be available once again

If Play were really smart, they would now increase the price for any future orders to £19.99

Don't worry, you should be refunded on day of release. They have a price promise and I've not been let down by it yet. If worst comes to worst and nothing has happened by middle of next week then I would drop them a mail then, but I reckon you'll be fine.

I don't work at Play either btw but I've got my doubts about you Hub!!!

I got a reply from them today and they say "When we have a problem with payment for an order it is held for 10 days, after that time you will need to reorder."

So no need to re-order for me
