My order status has finally changed to "processing in warehouse". Can't see me getting a dispatch email today, but as long as it does eventually dispatch, then I'll be happy. :)

PLAY customer service is a Big Joke. My Account was declined just because i didn't have funds on my account untill today and they started shipping out this 1 week earlier. And i get some **** about confirming that i am me etc, what a joke. I re entered my details through verified by VISA and they still have shipped Dick. i also emailed and no answer. Amazon would have responded in 10 minutes.
 
all mine were shipped 2 days ago, just waiting for them now. Wife has been dying to see ghost protocol as she missed in cinema, and i wasnt buying the normal amaray copy lol.

And i get some **** about confirming that i am me etc, what a joke. I re entered my details through verified by VISA and they still have shipped Dick. i also emailed and no answer. Amazon would have responded in 10 minutes.

My last few experiences with them also has been terrible. I've been buying from them for years, spent hundreds if not thousands of Euro. It seems the last couple of years Play just don't give a ****. They know people will keep buying from them anyway.

My wife bought me Rise Of Planet Of The Apes Steelbook as a surprise for Christmas and we never got it. They have to e-mail you an 'Item Not Received' form, you fill it out and post it back to them. We've done this 4 times now and they keep saying they haven't received the forms back. And because your posting it to a PO Box you can't register it because there's no one to sign for it. We've been doing this since November and have given up now. It's a disgrace.

I swore I'd never buy from them again, and now they've gone and released all these cool exclusive Steelbooks. AARRGHH!! :angry:

I had a similar experience as you and having used Play for years, and ended up with a missing Blu ray that never arrived and i went through all that sending forms back and i even scanned and emailed a copy of the return form twice to which even then they claimed they never received and i have never before and since lost my rag on the phone like i did about this to there absolutely useless customer service team and swore blind i would never ever use them again. But again with all these lovely Steels coming out it gives you no option but to use them.
I only pray this improvement in packaging is in place as of now as i usually get a nice Steel from them that looks like it has been run over by a truck more often than not.:angry:

Mate that is **** if it wasn`t for the exclusive steelbooks i would never purchase anything from them and it gots worst since that sold the company that need to follow amazon on custumer service.
