PLAY customer service is a Big Joke. My Account was declined just because i didn't have funds on my account untill today and they started shipping out this 1 week earlier. And i get some **** about confirming that i am me etc, what a joke. I re entered my details through verified by VISA and they still have shipped Dick. i also emailed and no answer. Amazon would have responded in 10 minutes.

My last few experiences with them also has been terrible. I've been buying from them for years, spent hundreds if not thousands of Euro. It seems the last couple of years Play just don't give a ****. They know people will keep buying from them anyway.
My wife bought me Rise Of Planet Of The Apes Steelbook as a surprise for Christmas and we never got it. They have to e-mail you an 'Item Not Received' form, you fill it out and post it back to them. We've done this 4 times now and they keep saying they haven't received the forms back. And because your posting it to a PO Box you can't register it because there's no one to sign for it. We've been doing this since November and have given up now. It's a disgrace.
I swore I'd never buy from them again, and now they've gone and released all these cool exclusive Steelbooks. AARRGHH!!![]()
