If they use this packaging on Alien, Predator etc 4 weeks from now they will sure be limited, better order 5 of each to sort out the mint copies
Have to add my voice to those unhappy about the packaging. A flimsy card wraparound is NOT good enough to protect steelbooks. I'm now considering cancelling some of my pre-orders with them, as I just know I'll be receiving damaged stock if they send them out like this.

Apparently my two packages arrived at my patens house and they are enroute to me as we speak, but after seeing that some of my fellow members getting theirs damaged I really fear the worst, this is really disappointing from Play.com, I would've thought they'd roll out their new packaging system by now but no looks like the same crappy & ultra flimsy unprotective thin-layered wrap-case, crap I'm pissed just by the thought of it, fingers crossed mine arrived damage-free 
They better start implementing the new process friggin soon and put it into actions not just words otherwise they'll see a lot of cancellation of preorders, hell man I have at least 50 odd steelbooks for me and other members and the last thing I want is to go through this nightmare

Could it be that they will change the packaging for items shipped outside the UK? Mine has to come to Ireland so it better not have been shipped in a piece of card!

I have about 12 Steels Pre Ordered with them, really considering canceling them all now as i am absolutely fed up with receiving dented Steels from them. I have sent my Mission Impossible back through there returns system and ordered the French edition from Amazon.fr.

Play.com does sucks again. Also the fact, if you order 10 steelbooks, will get 10 packages. Each order is a new ordernumber. Why not just one big box.....
