This one is getting more and more Rare. I wonder how many Mint copies are in circulation

Mine arrived today, luckily it was not that hard damaged. I was able to remove the one dent that has been caused during shipment. So I'm pretty happy with it.. *phew*..

My replacement arrived today........ with a dint on the front.
Contacted play who have said they will issue a refund upon its return as the title is now out of print.
I do not want a refund I wanted both my steelbooks to arrive dint free...Is this too much to ask?

It really sucks when you pre-order these things only to receive dented copies and then find out that they have no more stock, forcing you to go shopping on eBay to try and get one at inflated prices. I got lucky with this particular title, but really feel for forum bros who got damaged copies. It's not good enuff Play! 
I feel sorry for you guys and hope all gets sorted somehow.
It's one of the reasons why I always order in doubles on Play.com just in case it arrives damaged and it's OOP, I guess I was lucky that both arrived mint. Hope they get their act together and start sending all the forthcoming steelbooks using their new talked about packaging system as I really don't wanna order 2 items of each title

Packaging is just one side of the story. The other side is that it was man handled or too many were stacked on top of each other forcing the glues to cause dents.
My two copies are all dented. One copy the whole top side is crushed.
I want 100% confirm when they are gonna use new packaging with the FOX Wave.

Ok guys. Just a quick question. I got a return address from Play.com. It's in Northampton. I assume the return destination is based in the UK? And not in Jersey?

sorry to hear about this my friend, there becoming a joke in the world of steelbooks, its a shame as they bring out some decent exclusives. I have cancelled most of my pre orders now, only have a few left for fellow members on here.
They actually want the damaged steels back?! to funny. So do they give you money for postage before the return , otherwise its a Joke on their part sending steelbooks in envelopes. I am gonna argue with them untill i don't have to send the steels back if i get a damaged one , lets say i don't have any money for postage for another 3 weeks and i want my new lovely steelbook as of yesterday

Maybe they should operate a policy like sideshow collectibles.... a lot of people submit video clips or photos showcasing receipts, identity and the damaged product itself. This way you can get your refund/exchange without having to send the product back.
