Congrats on 300,your nearly at 1000 Returned 4. Play refunded only for 3 as they couldn't find the 4th one although it has been signed for by them. Had to be on call for 40 minutes to get the money back. The worst part is they refunded on the wrong oders and didn't on the ones that I returned. I am convinced that 75% of the items in stock are returns.
Sorry I can't really tell from the pictures posted, but is this steelbook glossy? That is, is it easily smeared by fingerprints?
I had someone from another forum order this for me sburns666 and basically scammed me and has the cheek to actually be trying to flog my copy on that same site.

i've seen this guy on a few forums in the UK (and traded with him with problems) and there has always been problems

Just checked my copy, and yep... all the letters of "Ghost Protocol" are embossed.
I accidentally bid this on eBay and won it for around 16 GBP. It arrived today in perfect condition. I now have 3 copies of this Steelbook and I am happy to say I finally got a minty mint copy.

My Expendables arrived in one of them flimsy envelopes too undamaged but it was packed with a big white scratch on the front, sent it back straight away
I really hate Play.com. First crap packaging, now that replacement of quart, comes in a bubble mailer. Also crap. I heard from one member he got his MI-4 steelbook in the packages that HMV also uses. Which is better, but still not optimal.
Complete retards are working there. Attached a letter to my damaged steelbooks, in which I state I paid 13.00 euro for shipping fees. They only have to peek at the postage stamp. But no, I get a standard 1.42 euro for each returned steelbook.
And again I have to contact the Customer care.
