This one to me is considered the lowest of the series. Too much Fantasy stunts on this one same as The Transporter 2:(

Agree. That's what turned me off ordering these from Zavvi even at the current great price. The funny thing is that I have many other action flicks with outrageous stunts that I would gladly buy in Steelbook so I am still trying to figure that one out. :naughty:

I didnt order this one .. it can stay with the copies of transformers ROTF , batman forever and batman and robin which i also dont own

My MI trilogy is 1,3 and 4

yes this steel looks better than the movie is

Watched M:I the other night, and then watched M:I 2 last night.

Hadn't seen this since it was in theaters, so I had forgotten most of it.

I have to say... about half way through, I was thinking... what is all the fuss about this one? Everyone is always bashing Woo's stylistic direction, but I was really enjoying the film....

And then the end sequence began... and the whole production entered hollywood melt down mode. That is when it became clear why so many were put off by M:I 2. Wwwaaaaayy toooo mucccccchhhhhh sllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllloowwwww motion. Insanely drawn out and impossibly silly end fight scene. Super odd "on real loud" then "totally silent for a slow mo moment" soundtrack to try to force the scene into being cool.

Simply put, I was totally into the first 2/3 of this one. Thandie Newton was out of this world hot, and then disappeared from the movie for like half an hour.

Then by the end, I had forgotten what happened so much, that I was wondering how they were gonna kill her off, because I remember clearly that in M:I 3 Ethan Hunt is already getting engaged to his new girl. So now I am confused.

Oh well... nice steelbook. Had to complete the set. Good fun anyways. :)

Has to be said though, the three of these (and MI4 to an extent) look absolutely superb together. Really glad they didn't just fire them all into a trilogy steel. I like individual releases for series of movies, even if my wallet doesn't.
