Hey just printed out one of these and noticed that the size is out by a few mils. Anyone else found that with the template? Might revert back to my old method as you could see the silver in parts :s


Hey guys this might sound like a dumbass idea but as you all know we are all very concerned with the paintwork on the steels coming off as this is why we wrap them.
Just a thought, has anyone ever tried to spray a plastic coat over a steelbook? I'm sure this would toughen up the durability of the said steelbooks paintwork would it not? I've used a can spray on paint etc before. Just wondered is all.

you thought I was kidding? I was, you want to do mine?What's a good way to print out a new spine and make it durable? I know somewhere buried in this thread is one post where a guy said he printed out new spine are but added some sort of clear plastic strip on top of it so the ink wouldn't rub off on your hands and the paper itself wouldn't get beat up over time...
