Hi guys,

Where do you buy the sticky vinyl? I want to try this out and convert some jumbo steelbook into slim. If you guys can tell me which local shop or online shop that I can buy them....then it is much appreciated.

thanks in advance.

May, HERE is some printable adhesive vinyl where you get 20 sheets for $20.

Blu-devil, to get the picture under the spine I'm guessing you have to remove the metal spine and place the vinyl in both trays and covering across the plastic spine? Then by placing the metal spine back on top of the vinyl is that correct? I'm just trying to understand how to have one picture covering across both trays.

hey all,

is there anyone out there who would be interested in printing me a spine and inside art for a Jurassic Park slim conversion? I can do the mods, but fear I'll mess up the art work if I do it myself. I would just need the inner and outer spines and the inner art work.
Obviously I'd pay for the materials, time and shipping. Just PM if anyone can help!
Thanks guys!

I really need to start learning how to do this...as I want to convert two of my jumbo (Up and Monsters Inc) to standard case..... :(

I'm reading on another thread...someone might be able to order G2 empty cases :) minimum order of 1000 qty. I wonder if we can get a group buy to claim all 1000 of them. I think i want 200-300 of them to fill up my shelves.

I wish you could just buy empty 1, 2, or 3 disc G2 steelbooks, in low quantities, or even just the plastic parts without the metal. I'd got a few I'd like to upgrade, like The Dark Knight, or the LOTR series. I've cut out round spindles the same size as the disc holes, and stuck them inside the inside covers, and used those to hold other discs, but it takes ages to do, and it's very difficult to be accurate.
