Here is the finished steel, used a Aliens case which is 4 way, was gonna use the Ghost rider case but this 1 had damage and i couldn't be bothered sending it back.

Hi, Zesty - thanks for replying to my question. I've spent a little time playing with this again but this time using the double-sized template. I'm able to print it well enough, but the image is just a tad too small for the case - after cutting it you can still see the steel behind it. I've attached my second attempt - could someone take a look at this one to see if they see the size issue I mentioned?
Also, is anyone seeing pixelation as well?

Your image dimensions are 1,200px × 740px and the dimensions of the double size template that I have are 1566px x 966px. Are you using this for a jumbo size steelbook or regular size? I use the smaller template when printing for regular size steelbooks which is 783px x 483px and when I print, I print with borders and I uncheck Fit Picture To Frame.
If your getting pixelation try resizing the picture using Bicubic Sharper parameters if your decreasing the size and Bicubic Smoother if your increasing the size. I wouldn't increase the size more than about 10% otherwise it won't matter what you do, you'll get pixelation.

I just did a search and I came up with only a couple but really not worthy of inside art. I did find some of Mena Suvari though. Here's one but it has nothing to do with American Beauty though.
