Did you select for them to put a lower declared value? Because if you did they may be confirming if the receipt matches and it might not.

Yeah this is steelbooks we are talking about, nothing funny about it. And from KimChi they are pricey with shipping

I will get that too then. Did you select declare lower value but include actual receipt. Because if you did that would be why.
