got my copies today, awesome looking steel.
no customs charge, as I chose the $25.99 price for both invoices.
only gripe is the horizontal scratches on the lenty slip and some small scratches on the steelbook.
its a beauty though. stands beside WiR as a heavyweight Disney steelbook.
feel sorry for anyone caught by customs, maybe they can be claimed back?

You're lucky $25.99 is over the customs limit.

Yesterday I talked with Kimchi about non-exclusive edition.

Tony told me that unfortunately there might not be non-exclusive edition in the future due to technical problem.

it has not been confirmed yet but it might happen.

It means that print run will be much smaller than 2000 copies if no more non-exclusive release.

Thanks for the info, but how is that? i make a pré-order of the Monsters, inc non-exclusive and Tangled Exclusive, and they already discount my credit card ?
I didn't manage to get a copy of the exclusive, so i order the regular version,
but now it seems that not even the regular version i can't get ?
Is there any chance that they can switch my order to the exclusive one, if there still is any in stock, and i pay the difference ?

Think Choi is talking about steelbooks that will be released in the future.not Monsters Inc:thumbs:

Am I the only 1 slightly disappointed with this release? Images/main text seem pixelated. I'm a big fan of kimchi don't get me wrong & it's not a massive deal but I've not come across this with a steel before.

I don't have one in hand yet but it does not look like a low res issue IMHO. It appears like a color halftone pattern registration issue or something. You can see the dots that make up the color picture like an old comic book.

Got mine today - finally :)

The 1/4 slip version is lovely, a really nice effort, but I'm a bit disappointed with the lenticular version. There's just something "off" with it, and its not a patch on the Tangled lenti.

It's also got horizontal scuffs or scratches on it, which is a real shame.

No exciting numbers for each version. 608 for the lenti and 435 for the 1/4

Glad you finally got mnementh.

I have to say the horizontal lines on the lenticular edition are a real shame. I've read quite a few posts now, referring to the issue, seems to be quite widespread. One or two scuff marks would be acceptable, but the sheer number of them is surprising.
