im surprised that everyone's liking this as much as they do... i am completely underwhelmed by this :(

was expecting a lot more creativity to be honest. The front desperately needs to be changed in my opinion
I agree, way too many thumbs up for my taste. The newest 3D cover is the most appealing front option IMO (minus the silver border):

this should be the inside cause this steelbook needs boooooooooo:

I agree there too, that'd be great. If not that, then the slow-mo walk shot:

As for the back, I'd love to see them use the key art from this poster (without text):

i really think i might consider passing on this EEK!... for a kimchi exclusive it should be different than the USA blu ray re-release. Please please please come up with something different that we haven't seen on blu, or dvd or a 3d release !

Not sure Kimchi can do a great deal in this case as Studio's have to sign off on the artwork. Disney are notoriously difficult to deal with when it comes to getting art approved or specs changed

The Leon OP states that HDN can choose artwork and finish. This title doesn't have that option. I'd say it's more Disney's than Kimchi's fault if you feel the artwork is lackluster (look at the placeholder artwork for Monsters Uni at Zavvi or Amazon.de - it's horrible compared to this).

I for one are happy this is coming out. My favourite Pixar movie in a nice steel with exclusives. The art for me is good but I can see where other people are coming from.

I agree! I understand that Kimchi probably has their hands tied when it comes to this. I will say, its a lot better than I expected although the designs aren't showstopping. Really, I think Kimchi can only use designs that have already been released.

I understand people's disappointments but I already feel this will be a better looking steel than the previous one so I don't think you should pass but its up to all of you.

Agree about the front cover. That shot sums up the whole vibe of this movie. As for that slo mo shot for the inside, I liked it so much I used that for my FS when I slimmed it down. The back cover is also great.
Still the best version out there

I like the artwork. If it has a nice glossy finish, it will go nicely with the Best Buy versions of the other Pixar films. It would be nice if they release the other missing Pixar films too :)
