Is everyone paying a fixed shipping rate for each steel?

For example:

$8.30 USD for 1
$16.59 USD for 2
$24.88 USD for 3

etc..

Seems like the ratio per steel would get cheaper up to 2kg (5 steelbooks)

Truth be told, I never entered just one. I was assuming that since 2 was $16.58 and 3 was $24.88, that logically, one would have been $8.30. Sounds like it was $10.81. Still though, $10.81 for (1) to $24.88 for (3)? Seems like a big increase for the same package just a bit more weight.

Nah. Just like T2, this is the exclusive "version" from Kimchi. There is also a version of Monsters Inc in Korea with 1K print run without the extras.

LGB was only available as a KimchiDVD exclusive. I believe Leon will also only be available as KDVD exclusive. Not sure about Tangled and the rest of the upcoming releases from Kimchi.

But i made a mistake the first time, but noticed the order says In Writing the Order under order status. My current order says receipt of order which i know is fine. It never went through, so will it just cancel automatically or should i email Tony just to be safe?

Happy to get another steelbook from Kimchi after I passed on LGB but I got T2.

I don't think there was a set pre order quantity like the other exclusive releases that had initial offers at the promotional price and the rest at normal price, so there is enough to go around this time......I think

I had the same thing happen to me, one order didn't work and just errored-out, the other one went through fine. The one that said "in writing" I just manually cancelled and it now shows as cancelled.

By the way... for those in a state of at the mere thought that this hasn't "already sold out" like Le Grand Bleu did, keep in mind that it has only been 1 hour. It's pretty hilarious that we have come to expect 2,000 steelbooks times $44.99 USD to sell out so quickly.

If this is sold out within the next 2 days, I'd say that would be a pretty scorching pace, right up there with Zavvi's Aladdin.

I think this year , we had great steelbooks and i am very curious to see at the end of the year, which one is going to win for best steelbook 2013
