I just phoned Customs to see what was happening, and even though the tracking says Awaiting Customs Clearance, it actually hasn't been presented to them yet. ParcelForce are sitting on it

Apparently there are still items from the 16th to be processed, and these should go through today - hopefully my package will be one of them

From other posts - looks like I may try a K-Package for the next order

personally i wouldnt!!! my K-packet has been sitting at the airport for a week, no movement, the Tangled i had sent by EMS was at the airport for less than 12 hours before being getting a flight out!
i understand that cheaper postage takes a slower time but a week sitting not moving is a bit ridiucjlous, especially as it was not that much cheaper than EMS, have learnt my lesson for sure, got my new Le Grand Bleu order sent my EMS.

With k packet u waiting longer but is less likely to be hit by customs.

Great packaging by Kimchi. It blows Zavvi's packaging out of the water, but, then again, shipping is much more expensive from Kimchi.

Zavvi should have an upgraded packaging option, I would pay the extra for it no problem...

Kimchi packaging is certainly better than Zavvi but it is not that great. The cardboard box is flimsy and can easily pick up damages during transit. 90% of the packages I received from Kimchi had damages to the packaging. Also they need to start using bigger fonts for recipient address and stick the address label in a more prominent place than the bottom right hand corner. Reason is the corners are usually prone to damages. 2 packages of mine was so crushed on the corner that it crushed the address label as well. Luckily someone was kind enough to decipher the address from the crushed label, write down the address in the middle of the package and deliver it promptly.

What did your tracking say? Mine was dispatched the same day and is still showing as in Incheon. I've contacted Tony but just interested to see what your tracking said.

Same as mine. Been sitting there for a week. Let me know what reply you get. From what I've heard in is thread k-packet can take a long time sometimes but I am getting bored of it now!

Don't panic guys. You've been so patient to wait this long and another week won't hurt. The end result will still be an awesome steel in your hands!!

If those trackers are anything to go by then apparently half my KR orders are still in Incheon, not taking pride of place on my shelf.

I always go for the 'cheaper' postage option and it always gets here just fine. I'm sure it will be the same for you and that it won't be much longer. Problem with EMS tracking is that it tells you your package is in customs and causes panic on here. I'd rather not know tbh!
