i have one order COMPLETED (mike + tangled1/4), and another one on "RECEIPT OF ORDER" (sullivan + tangled1/4), which i haven't paid for...

i just wrote an e-mail to tony, if it's possible to cancel both "tangled" steels, and just combine the two orders later on...

i don't envy tony now, with the hundreds of e-mails he has to answer in the following days.

I'm not sure if this can be done, but it would be nice if the people who had to purchase something extra could maybe get a $5 discount/ gift card on their next purchase. I'm sure it would ease our pain a little

I was getting the Country Code error too, though I kept adding the country code manually to the shipping address section (the lower section)...but then I saw that the country code was somehow missing on the "Saved" address information in the top section as well. So, went to My Account section and edited the address and added the country code there again and saved...

Not sure if this fixed the issue for me as I also added an extra item (The Wolverine steelbook) and attempted and the order went through...

Actually I didn't know that. Guess I should have paid with Paypal then but I was in that much of a rush to try and place an order that I just hit the first option. Now I'll be stuck with my House of Flying Daggers Blu-ray and the extra shipping costs that entails.

I doubt its on purpose, however partial refunds should be offered to everyone, not just those who paid via paypal. It may be a pain for Tony to do, however it would be the right thing to do.
