Ordered customisation for mine then my girlfriend persuaded me to ask for it to be removed so we could give it as a gift to her nephew. Emailed kimchi asking if wasnt too late could they cancel the customisation so it was just a plain card again bacause i wanted to give as a gift. Got an email this morning saying that they understood my change of kind and would cancel the whole order... have emailed tony asking not to cancel but now very worried! I knew being nice was a bad idea!

Well, I requested earlier before it was confirmed what the default names were. At that time I wasn't sure whether it would be James P. Sullivan or just James Sullivan.

You have my sympathies. Frankly I'm very wary of requesting anything out of the ordinary from Kimchi. It just gets lost in translation ...

I have sent 4 e-mails (including 3 reminders) to Bruce over last 2 weeks for the name customization, but I have not received a reply or even acknowledgement for any of them. I am really worried about the Name Customization now.

Also, Tony had written to me 9 days back he would remove the extra time I had to include (The Wolverine steelbook). However, I have received no further information and the order still has this item.

It would be good if we could get some clarity and timelines, especially on the Name Customization as I don't want anything to spoil or delay my MU Steelbooks.

I got my name confirmation from bruce. Asked for steel shells instead of the 2nd movie i had to order. Replied he would remove the 2nd DVD & reimburse...hope the whole order does not get cancelled...please no!!!
