As of right NOW, yes it is... But Zavvi said they were going to cancel all bulk orders (more than 5 copies) and they should hopefully be available again in the near future

I wish they would put the limit 3 copies as it would be fair on people from overseas and stop the touts but it's clear Zavvi must be listening or else the over 5 wouldn't have been stopped. Its' a good start and I hope certain ebay sellers are stopped in their tracks.

Wouldn't it also be fair domestically for the UK if they limited it 3 per customer. Or alternatively limit it to 1 per customer for the first week then allow people to order multiple copies after that period.

there would be several posts above yours stating a "live again"-date or at least some posts within the last 2 weeks.
as there a none, i think it's safe to assume that it has not come back in stock (yet).
