Need help! What is this movie?

I need some help from you knowledgable people.

My partners parents used to own a video rental shop in the late 80s.

We were looking at an old photo of it and going through the posters in the window. Most were easy enough to work out like Ghoulies 2, Top Gun, Stand By Me and Crocodile Dundee.

There was one we couldn’t work out as it’s got light reflecting off it. Looks like two guys with ties tied together. Possible the first letter under the left guy is an S but not sure on that as there’s another darker line under the poster that could have the title on it.

Any ideas?

Yeah same, we all spent half hour or so googling away. Used grok, Gemini and ChatGPT for some inspiration after too and don’t think I found it.

Thought it should be straight forward with the red / blue ties tied together.
