However, we realize that sometimes you might come across a technical issue or problem you are having with the site, or even that you might be involved in a trade that has encountered some difficulty.
We’ve created this new system for you, to provide an integrated way of handling your issue - and there are different levels and more specialized areas of support. Some of your questions might be more general in nature and can be handled by any one of our moderators. You’ll see after the ticket is created when it gets assigned to a HiDefNinja moderator or staff member. That person will also be responsible for updating the notes and details of your ticket to let you know the very latest on what is happening with your item.
This new system is located at https://www.hidefninja.com/helpdesk/ and will be linked in other spots of the forum in the next few days.
However, you will also see if your issue gets escalated or transferred to another staff member for assistance.
And remember, these cases will be viewable by you at any point. Did you have a problem with member A? Well, no worries, your case history is here - you don’t need to try and find it in your forum PM inbox!

Remember that your case history is ONLY viewable by you, and other members will not be able to see these cases - information presented in this system will be kept confidential!
1) Open A New Ticket - if you are having a problem, please open a new ticket if you have not reported this issue previously. You can add attachments to your ticket after it’s been entered - screenshots, pictures, etc. Remember to fill out your HDN name and the name of the party you are having a problem with.
The most important pieces to fill out on any support ticket is your name, e-mail address, HDN name, and the help topic. But remember, for us to help you to the best of our ability, please fill out as many of the fields as you can.
Please pick the appropriate help topic, depending on your question, it might be more of a trading or general support issue.
If this issue is something you feel needs immediate attention, please mark the ticket priority as appropriate.
2) In order to view your ticket history, you will have to login with one of your tickets and your e-mail address - if there is a particular ticket you are concerned with, please use that one.
3) You can see your requested ticket history by either clicking on the My Tickets link or the link next to your name in the toolbar. Click on the ticket number to view any ticket in detail.
If you have a number of tickets that have been done in the past, you can search the system for the one you are looking for.
