I think if Nova could afford better servers they would upgrade. Feel sorry for them, in a way. They're probably biting their fists right now thinking about the many irate customers.

I remember reading something from Nova, I could be wrong but 99% sure it was Nova that made a statement apologizing about their server issues and that they were doing ''as best as they could'' as they could not afford better servers which would have been similar to Amazon ones. I'm pretty sure it was an official statement from Nova.
They did but for the amount of money that they make for these releases you would think they might consider upgrading them, I don't believe it would cost that much to do.

"Finally Good night all.

well... I (and everybody) don't think they need to afford like Amazon's but need to be better than they've been using...

from what they were saying, from what they currently have, to upgrade for their needs, the servers would have to be ones on same level as Amazon. I am not a tech person, but it is what they said to upgrade would be too costly and they try their best. Also we are talking about a small Korean Company here...when Blufans decides to open their Online store, wait and see about how everything can get even worse when they can barely get their release right.

My personal Opinion is that they basically can't afford to Upgrade, this is a very competitive Market and very costly. Al least they deliver quality Products, but like someone said they probably can't afford to Upgrade and I am sure they feel bad about this...I can imagine the last hour on their end trying to fix things how much they must have been stressing and sweating over the issues they were having.
