Fist of the North star would make an Awsome steelbook and as for Urotsukidoji i know it's not the story or steelbook your interested in

i remember buying Urotsukidoji years ago (when i was younger) on VHS for £1, when i was first getting into anime and not knowing what it was about. Little did i know what i was in store for it blew my innocent young mind.

Urotsukidoji is a genre-defining modern classic in erotic fantasy, animation & film. I reckon it will be the kind of turn of the century relic you'd expect to find in a post-apocalyptic gallery, alongside Indian Tantra temples and Phallic Prehistoric idols.

Appleseed would be my choice. I'm quite new to anime. Is this worth a blind buy??

Appleseed Ex Macina is 100% worth a blind buy. You should be able to pick it up for less than £10 new

I saw this in an HMV store today and couldn't take my eyes off it - it really is a very pretty steel. I left it in the end because I'm not really into anime, but they did a great job with it. I was very tempted to get it even though I have no interest in the movie.

I picked it up doing the same....saw it at HMV....the sparkling sword spoke to me....seriously this is one SEXY steelbook.....not a fan of anime but this is sooo good looking it warrants a purchase purely on the basis of its aesthetics.

yeah it's locked Region B, but I was able to rip mine and make a Region Free copy so I could at least watch the dam $40 steelbook I imported

Oh, no wonder I couldn't play it on my Japanese PS3. But since it just automatically quit without giving me any notice, i wasn't sure if it's region coding being enforced or faulty disc.

Nope. But that's what happens when a paper backing is pressed too hard and too long against the Steelbook. If you're careful and patient you maybe able to remove them by using one of those iPod/iPhone cleaners.

No its not pieces of the paper, it looks like it was not Printed right. There's no signs of scratches or anything else suggesting that it was done afterwards. At first I thought that's how the Artwork was, due to being old artwork, but I saw other members pics and it's not. Looks like a defective product
