Yes!!!! Glad that the French release didn't stray away from the rest of the worldwide design.everything you can ask for in a design. Clean front, back with an appropriate inside design. This is where the Walmart missed it. Their cover should've been inside not out.
Now all you need is a quality car wax to apply on the surface to bring out the contrast and boost the colors.

:hilarious: Are you serious cos I'm thinking it would work EEK!

Anyways, nice and clean release but would have been much better with a high gloss finish...Reminds me of the colours used for Rampart which was really nice.

Yes,I have a car wax handy. Its good for numerous things. It'll remove smudges or fingerprints, even ink. If you think about it, a car and a steelbook's surfaces are similar.a car wax will restore a dull car's finish to a shine. And yes, I will do this once I receive the steelbook

Do you mind telling me which car wax you normally use and if you apply it on the steelbook the same way you apply it on cars?

This may sound silly but I just discovered some very tiny small rust spots on one of my steelbook and I'm planning on applying car wax or anything that can help prevent rust to my entire steelbook collection.

any car wax or cleaner wax should work.the most important thing to remember is not to leave it on the steelbook long before removing the wax.basically, once you apply the wax on the surface, you remove it right away with a non abrasive cloth.if you leave it too long, the wax residue will be difficult to remove and you can't really use a buffer to remove the residue on the steelbook since it is more fragile than a car's surface.it is also good for removing any hairline scratches as well.if you can get some cotton gloves to put on your hands, that would be a big plus to prevent finger prints when applying and removing the wax when handling the steelbook :scat:

Recieved my copy yesterday and I like it very much. The printing quality is great and the colors are beautiful. I like that the text is not behind a j-card or something like that.
