Got a email from Play saying my card has been declined. I have money and on my bank account the money has been reserved and approved. Wtf!

Never been in this situation before. Any advice people?

If you've got a lot of pre orders on your account, they probably just want to do a 'security check' with you before they push the transaction through.

This happened to me before. Play just wanted to make sure there was no one running up a huge bill on my account without my permission. Had something like 25 preorders lined up!!

same problem for me (as usual) it's due to your bank rules

card declined due to over ordering online process ...

will come back soon or later or if you edit your payment with another credit card ...

but be in peace, your items are reserved so far it's not from 3rd party seller which are automatically cancel if so ...
