It's by Francesco Francavilla, ordinarily one of my favorite poster and comic book artists. Not sure what happened here.
For example, here's one of my favorite posters of his, for The Third Man:
I would have that on a steel. Masterpiece film The Third Man. Sensational poster.
The older black version is no where near as good as this.

maybe he got his account hacked or something...
nah, they got provided with the visual, and were ashamed to sell it, they removed the listing.
