I actually really like the artwork for this. If they get rid of the "3D" on the front I would buy it instantly. However, the canadian version is still in the running. Just need to see how much it will cost.

Honestly I like this art better than the Canadian, in this one you can see the actual action in the pacific, kind of like it captures the movie there! Wow! I'm so inside full today!

It's saying some places that the amaray is 2-disc, and both the 3D editions including the steelbook are 3-disc. Guessing that's a film disc, an extra's disc, and a 3D disc for the 3D editions. This makes me quite happy as I really don't want the 3D, so at least I'm getting extras! Huge shame there is no steelbook for the 2D edition though, was hoping there would be for this release (like Into Darkness).

Just realised the list is shorter for the 2D version. Hopefully that either means they haven't updated the list for the 2D version, if not it means the 3D disc has some extras on it I guess (everything south of the commentary on that list).

I know that but the Walmart exclusive has extra content via vudu.
Need to find out what that extra content it.

So, just a quick question. Amazon seems to be out of stock, but still allows you to "sign up to be notified". Now, do you think it will be back in stock from them? Reason for the question is: Price. Only Zavvi and Amazon deliver to my country but zavvi's price is just absurd. I keep looking at the amazon link from day to day, to see if it comes back in stock as "The world's end" did.

i would imagine it will come back in stock most likely, most films have even star trek which was out of stock for a long time. if not find a friendly ninja who will purchase and post if you send them the money through paypal.

or order the german steelbook... its the same but without the "3D" on the cover... the price will drop down until the release date....

German steelbook is way overpriced, as all of their steelbooks as of late (Superman is 35€ vs. 23 pounds the UK one). I'll wait to see if they put it back in stock. My guess is that if they were not going to have more stock, the item would've be unlisted or say "we don't know if this item will be available anymore" or whatever warning they used to put to items that we out of stock.
