Im going to invest in a AV system in the Boxing Day sales.
Got a non HD 6.1 Denon but 5.1 speakers. Can only afford a £200 5.1 system now though.

I usually just use the tv speakers too. Sometimes I'll stick on the Bose iPod speakers which are bassy and beasty for their size, so the loss of the 7.1 isn't a deal breaker for me.

Yes, 2D and 3D amaray versions. No steelbook though (thats in Dublin though not sure about UK)

In Ireland new releases are released on a Friday not Mondays like the UK

Yeah I thought so too.
The 3D Amaray was 27.99 so the steelbook probably have been 29.99

Did you confirm the audio is only 5.1 by chance?

If its a typo on the cover then we wont know until we get reviews or it in hand.

The audio situation came from two sources

A disc scan of a Spanish release (same disc as the UK edition)

And pictures of the UK packaging (front and rear including tech specs) from other forum

I sadly doubt that it's a misprint since WB dropped another clanger with the UK release of Man of Steel by ditching the bonus disc with the 3 hour bonus feature and having it as a streaming feature instead

Warner should be getting a lot of complain emails so they know people will refuse to buy it.

Im not too fussed with 7.1 as not got 7.1 system but I did care about MoS so cancelled that order.
