At least I'm not the only one. I'm pretty upset. I got the same run around. It was delayed, they'll move it along nowand email when it's sent. What the heck is delaying this thing! This is getting to be ridiculous.

Did any of you guys have to email them a second time and did you do it in less than 48 hours?

have to say I thought this was one of the best 3d movies Iv'e seen, it looked great, movie was pretty cheesy and kind of boring in between the great action scenes but overall decent movie, was surprised to see sean from eastenders in it lol

I don't know what's going on with Amazon lately.

I got the despatch email for this last Sat. Just checked my order again there and the expected delivery date is Mon Nov 18th. WTF?

I usually get things within about 2 day's from Amazon. Don't know what this is about.

This happens when they use Royal Mail instead of An Post for delivery
Delivery estimate: 13 Nov 2013
1 package via An Post

I got delivery Today was An Post they used

I had a few Pre-Orders recent were they used Royal Mail and expected Delivery changed to the Following Monday Week after original release date and would not arrive at earliest the Thur/Fri before there expected delivery date or would not arrive till the following Mon/Tue/Wed/Thur/Fri

I contacted Them to complain about late delivery and asked them to tell warehouse staff to remember Rep Of Ireland they should be using An Post not Royal Mail

All my Amazon Pre-Orders in last 3 Weeks have been An Post except 1 order they used Royal Mail and An Post packages arrived as usual on the Tue (The day after release date) :scat:while Royal Mail package did not arrive till The Friday following week:angry:

Go to your account check your order details and see who they used for Delivery it will say Royal Mail when it should have been An Post (1 package via An Post) and not used (1 package via Royal Mail)
You end up wondering if its lost in the post when they use Royal Mail

Note this only applies to Pre-Orders from Amazon and Amazon in Stock items
Rep Of Ireland delivery should always be package via An Post
If they keep doing this contact them to remind them especially with Temp staff for Christmas been used
Note Third party sellers will always use Royal Mail

The Steelbook looks great and was a blind buy not seen the film but all reviews i have seen so far say this release is very good

Got it today, impressed by Amazon wrapping the steelbook in a good amount of bubble wrap instead of just placing it in the standard cardboard holder.

Got mine from base.com via play, turned up in the post today, just finished watching it in 3D only see it in 2d at the cinema, great movie.

Mine arrived today from Amazon - bubble wrap in a small mailer (not usual one) - then received email this afternoon to say it's just been dispatched and will be with me Friday.
Very strange ....

Damn it!
I got a while you were out card.
:(
Cant be the steely as why would that be too big for letterbox!

Possibly been double boxed, which Amazon like to do now and again and they won't go through letter box.

I actually think amazon has had some sort of major problem at their distribution centre as some software I ordered with amazon prime delivery did not get delivered next day as is usual. :(

I just learned some more bad news-

UK disc - eng 5.1 16 bit audio

US disc - eng 7.1 24 bit audio

To some of us this actually matters!

Anyone else get the problem where in the first Jaeger vs. Kaiju scene, the 3D becomes slightly misaligned causing eye uncomfort and is almost headache inducing? It lasted almost the entire scene and is extremely annoying, out of almost 200 3D Blu-rays I've only ever seen this happen once or twice
