Well mine posted last Saturday with a Monday delivery date and still not arrived ... straight onto customer chat and got a full refund instantly and £10 goodwill on top.
Just been into HMV and got it mint for £17.99 .... got to return the other steel if it turns up !

Just said I am very pissed off that my 3 month pre orders are always late and then end up cheaper on the high street.
Told them I was going to cancel over £750 of pre orders including my PS4 and shop elsewhere in future.
Just about had enough of stuff not arriving on release day when I could of gone to the shop and inspected and collected without any hassle.

Looks like this has dropped even further in price to £16.33, probably no more than a handful of copies available at that price but time to fire off an email I think as mine is 'still preparing for dispatch'.

I spoke to someone via online chat last night after it hadn't turned up. And there response was just give it a couple of days!!
Prime member as well. They weren't interested to hear about that or the reduction in price, I got charged £21!!!

Strange, I sent them en email via their online help and got a free month added to my Prime membership.
