From the photo it looks matte, exactly like Future shop steelbook. But lets wait and see more photos.

So very, utterly.....ordinary, why did all of us bother in that frenzy of grabbing a copy at pre-order? For me, I am sorry to say so, this sounds the death knoll for steelbooks. Retailers are either churning out titles as if we will buy every single one of them, or just being plain lazy and thinking we will buy into the mystique of it going OOS very soon. They need to rethink this strategy of theirs, as the Steelbook market is crumbling and the general allure is really dissipating.

haha glad i ordered it!
but for real..thats a joke..not for this price. you have to order before first pictures. everytime the same story.
ive to say, i am not more interested in collecting steelbooks. going for amaray!!

To be completely honest, I don't mind it much mainly because it's the only steelbook I will ever have of this film (that and Taiwan Futurepak for the slip), but I totally agree about the high price, lack of anything unique (slip-and-finish-wise).. oh well you win some you lose some I guess. My interest in steels is I'm getting less and less by the day and will be more and more concentrating on Blufans & KimchiDVD Exclusives the way forward 'as I have always been right from day 1'.
