Try them again. I've been offered a full refund for my damaged one!
I've already got my replacement copy, which thankfully is in good condition!
Thursday Zavvi ask me to provide pics for evidence.
Friday they confirm receipt of pics and offer 15% refund.
Saturday nobody there

Monday ask me to return without mentioning if they are sending a replacement.
I swear they are trying to run down the clock in the hopes they will sell out before I can get a replacement.

Worst transaction ever.
Pre-ordered in December with a £6 voucher.
Arrived damaged, messed around and to cut a long story short... They just cancelled the order so I have to purchase it again without the voucher with no guarantees the item will arrive intact the next time.
Zavvi are going to go out of business with Customer Services like this.

My replacement has just replied after weeks of arguing with Zavvi.
They sent it to me in the same pathetic card wallet they sent the previous one to me in.
Luckily this time not damaged.

weird. Why are they insisting on sending this particular title out in the brown mailer? I have received several steelbooks since and they all came in the "padded" white box.
