Just got some dented Pauls in the mail from amazon Japan. Frustrating. I think they were dented before they shipped.

They got to offload those damaged returns somehow (not laughing at you but at Amazon JP or whoever, just not you chip. I wouldn't do that to my fellow steelbook collecting friends ). Hey, write to complain and since they are out of stock, they might just refund your money and tell you to keep them. How about that for offloading to a regular customer?

Well I told them I was about to cancel all my orders I was so upset. Its a logistical nightmare with all the damaged ones I got from them over the year. Half the time they tell me to send back for refund. I have never sent anything back. I wonder if they can tell me what I need to send back as I still have them all.

And this is why I can't bring myself to ordering SB's that have been OOS for a period of time than miraculously are back in stock again. Maybe The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo has the same issues.

I suppose they asked you to return them because they don't have any left to send replacements. I have been fortunate to have a few replaced without having to send them back for refunds.

It all depends on who the CS is that is looking at the case. Katigiri I think is the womans name that is very nice to me.
