Just got some dented Pauls in the mail from amazon Japan. Frustrating. I think they were dented before they shipped.

They got to offload those damaged returns somehow :hilarious::hilarious::hilarious: (not laughing at you but at Amazon JP or whoever, just not you chip. I wouldn't do that to my fellow steelbook collecting friends :)). Hey, write to complain and since they are out of stock, they might just refund your money and tell you to keep them. How about that for offloading to a regular customer?

Well I told them I was about to cancel all my orders I was so upset. Its a logistical nightmare with all the damaged ones I got from them over the year. Half the time they tell me to send back for refund. I have never sent anything back. I wonder if they can tell me what I need to send back as I still have them all.

And this is why I can't bring myself to ordering SB's that have been OOS for a period of time than miraculously are back in stock again. Maybe The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo has the same issues.

I suppose they asked you to return them because they don't have any left to send replacements. I have been fortunate to have a few replaced without having to send them back for refunds.

It all depends on who the CS is that is looking at the case. Katigiri I think is the womans name that is very nice to me.
