This past weekend we kicked off the celebration of the 70th anniversary of Charles M. Schulz’s brilliant PEANUTS with It’s An Art Show, Charlie Brown: A PEANUTS Poster Show at the Mondo Gallery in Austin, TX. We want to thank everyone who came out to celebrate with us, as well as our friends at Super 7 who brought an awesome array of PEANUTS toys and apparel with them to add to the party.

This gallery show, and overall partnership with Peanuts Worldwide, means a whole lot to us, and it’s a collection we’re incredibly proud of and excited about exploring more of in the future. Focusing on key and individual panels removed from the full strip really re-contextualizes everything in a way that illustrates how timeless and relatable Charlie Brown and his world is. It also speaks to the lasting and brilliant legacy of Charles Schulz, and what a gift it is he left the world with.

Tomorrow we'll be releasing a distinctly uncommon combo of posters, with a new 2001: A SPACE ODYSSEY poster that serves as a companion and follow-up to Matthew Woodson's original 2001 poster from a few years ago. The cosmic monolith joins three winter/holiday-themed PEANUTS posters celebrating the art of the great Charles Schulz.

All four will be available Thursday 12/17 at 11am on The Drop. And in case you missed it, the timed edition of Rory Kurtz’s Mandalorian portrait, THE WAY, is available now until Thursday, 12/17 at 11:59pm CT.

"In both the original novel and the film adaptation, the monolith exists as an unfathomable constant, an unwavering looming alien, a doorway to the unknown — or everything that could be known. With this poster, I wanted to evoke how the monolith echoes through time/consciousness. My previous 2001 poster was a love letter to the monolith itself. While this poster is a tribute to the Tycho crater scene in the film, the continuation of the theme and composition from one poster to the next is a love letter to the persistence of the monolith. Be it three years later or 535.69 million miles away, the monolith remains ever-constant, waiting to be rediscovered.” - Matthew Woodson

It's been a big week over here, but we're not hanging up our skates just yet.

In addition to being one of the greatest cartoonists to ever live, Charles Schulz loved hockey. He spent his childhood in Minnesota playing the game and even brought it with him when he moved out west, by building his own rink: the Redwood Empire Arena.

With Game 3 of The Cup upon us, tomorrow we've got a new Hockey print in our Peanuts poster series with artwork by the legendary artist (and hockey hall-of-famer). Enjoy!

Rejoice, because spooky season is in full effect!

We are celebrating two of our favorite Halloween mainstays this week with a pair of new posters. First, for some nostalgia, we have another classic PEANUTS panel by Charles Schulz. Second, for a newer favorite, we've teamed with our pals at Laika Studios and Matt Ryan Tobin for a PARANORMAN poster to celebrate that film’s 10 year (!) anniversary. This film is near and dear to our hearts, so we’re incredibly excited for this gorgeous new poster, featuring glow in the dark inks.

The best month of the year is almost over. Make the best of it before those pumpkins end up in the bin.

If PEANUTS taught us anything over the years, it’s that Chuck has forgotten more about heartbreak than we’ll ever know. Also, whatever you do, DO NOT buy a whole briefcase for all the valentines you think you’re gonna get. (A briefcase? You are eight and a half years old.)

To take the sting off things, we’re releasing new Charlie Brown posters tomorrow … just in time for another crummy V-Day. Pulled from PEANUTS lulz created 38 years apart, we’ve used Charles Schulz’ original linework as the basis for two bittersweet screenprints.

Way before Vince Guaraldi composed his iconic themes for TV, PEANUTS and music were already inseparable. Just look at the carefully rendered notes from Schroeder’s toy piano or Linus’ record player, all of which came directly from Charles Schulz’ best-loved Beethoven and Brahms tunes.

We released two PEANUTS screenprints last year in celebration of Record Store Day, and we couldn’t wait to share even more for RSD 2023. These three screenprints spotlight some of our favorite 50s panels, each emphasizing Schulz’ genius original linework in large format.
