Because of the extra early release of Dumbo & Lady & the Tramp I didn't have the funds transferred from USD to GBP in my paypal so I got the "payment problem" emails from Zavvi.

So I messaged Zavvi about payment problem with Paypal & told them I transferred the money from USD to GBP to pay for the movies & to try again & this is the response I got

I have payment problems with my credit card and the website doesn't let me resolve the problem. When i try to resolve by marking new attempt and enter the security code i am asked for my password again and after that nothing happens. It leads me to an empty page

I've had all kinds of problems with this.

While I understand that release dates change this unexpected release whammy has clearly caused issues for many.

Me personally, while I would have self preferred some advance notice of these Disney releases, would really prefer it if the Zavvi website allowed you to do anything to rectify payment issues.
I've spent half a day moving money into other accounts so I can get these but it would help if either the website or even better the contact number allowed you to do anything at all.

As it is I don't know ( even though I've added a card with capacity) whether I am or am not getting these steels. I am apparently to wait 24 hrs then contact them again! What I do if returns get posted in the meantime God only knows!

I am not rubbishing Zavvi BUT I am rather annoyed at not being able to resolve the issue with anyone.

As I said in my communication earlier, if as a result of this mix up I miss out on some of the Disney titles I will cancel the lot.

C'mon Zavvi step up your game. I really don't want to join the haters.

Please sort this out!! I want my Peter Pan!

I set funds aside each month for these. Afterall, I DID pre-order so I never leave it to the last week to have the funds available.

So for example, Februarys pre-orders for me comes to £110.00. So I set aside £115.00 in my account mid January. And so on...

Because of this, I never get this issue.

Well now it's confirmed they are MATTE they can shove them up their smelly valley , glad my card was declined now.
No wonder they shipped them out a week early before people opened Peter Pan and cancelled the others.
I will purchase the GLOSS releases coming soon of Bambi etc.

I contacted them with the issue but no reply yet. I guess when the payment issues are not solved within a certain period they will cancel my orders
