Got mine today too... sooooo happy to finally have it in my collection! I would've preferred it without all the random embossing, but it's still a beauty imo.

Mint.. I count myself very lucky as this is my favourite disney classic. Yours harry, is the unopened one lol. inspected it with a magnifier and it looks perfect, identical to mine before I opened it[emoji2]

I always defended the Zavvi matte steels (as far as possible), but I have to confess that I was wrong. I'm fairly sure that those people who constantly complained about the finishes have played a big part in getting us great quality steelbooks such as this and Hercules. Zavvi have taken our opinion on board and nailed it, that deserves credit.

I think the same.. I think for matte steels the Disney's were brilliant looking, but now having them along side the new releases all glossed up, it makes me a little sad that they missed out, especially 101 and dumbo. I keep mine in those plastic shells so looking at them on the shelf the shell's add a little shine to the artwork, but the glossed disney steels show up more detail than the matte ones from a distance. They really are going all out for these latest releases

I agree with Dumbo and also Fantasia would've looked great with gloss. But I'm actually glad Wreck-It Ralph was matte, it's one of my favourite Disney SB's and I can't muster all the criticism it got. Each to their own.

absolutely spectacular. i just opened my robin hood too and same thing. amazing. this new wave of glossy disney steels with matching quarter slips from zavvi deserve recognition. a fine effort imo.

Nice steelbook, shame mine is all bent on the back, Ill return it to Zavvi. If i get a replacement great, if not I honestly just don't care anymore
