Like many others, got to get the US/CA release to complete the Trilogy Steelbook we already had. :scat:

I guess Best Buy should have it, can we start a list first ? I definitely need some help here. :ohno:

If Best Buy or Future Shop get a version of this, I'm sure some members here will be able to help. No sense on starting a list until we know it'll actually be released in the States.

Doesn't the cover art look like a smaller version of Dead Man's Chest (Best Buy)?

It does, I agree. However, since it's only prelim art, we could get anything - there's no telling what it'll be when it comes out. ;)

Yeah.. I hope they change it. : /

I can't imagine this will be the only release though. (Hopefully) Canada or the US will come up with a better steel.

I'm going to order this, just in case north america doesn't see it...Just to be safe

+1

Yeah that's what I did. While it may not be a perfect match for the 1st 3 movies at least it's a genuine Steelbook.

september is going to be pricey for me pirates, prist, hanna, source and fast5 just from the uk not counting the ones from germany, oh well to work extra for those little pleasures in life right? some support guys:D

Yeah in September I'm getting Hanna, Pirates 4, Fast 5 & Thor from HMV.

And the Star Wars set is also in Sept. :ohno:

The regular Pirates of the Caribbean movies (1-3) were not locked for Region B, according to the blurayregioncodes website (click Region B). But Disney has a history of locking other releases. To be 100& safe, you can wait until released, or swap the discs out.

the case looks okay, however doubt i'd enjoy the film anymore because of it. be interesting to see how rare this becomes though. green hornet was another hmv exclusive, and is still incredibly easy to find in shops.

The Green Hornet isnt in the same league as Pirates but yeah will be interesting to see if it sells out fast.
