I dont think it will be anything that has been vaulted. There arent really that many big disney classics titles left to bring to Blu Ray, Robin Hood & Hercules are coming to blu ray in October, so maybe they might get a steelbook?
But since they did Wreck it Ralph, it looks like they will be just doing popular films in the classics line that havent got uk steelbooks. Tangled will probably get one! And Frozen next year will be added in!

I personally want a BOLT STEEL PLEASE DISNEY!!!!! And Mulan, Lady & The Tramp, 101 Dalmations & Beauty & The Beast too.
But I think this one will be Tangled. Maybe they are working backwards

Technically they are not Disney movies, most of those are Touchstone produced, which is of course a subsidiary of WD but not an official WD movie.

Actually Touchstone is effectively a brand as it is not even a separate company. Which makes it all the more confusing.

I wonder if Nightmare Before Christmas would have been considered a Disney Classic if it hadn't been released as Touchstone originally? It might be that there's just nowhere on the list to put Nightmare (Chronologically, it would have been the 32nd classic as it was released between Aladdin and The Lion King).

Speaking of the Touchstone brand, too bad Disney never used it to do animated movies with more adult themes (except for Nightmare Before Christmas and Who Framed Roger Rabbit, of course). Disney has got some of the best animators in the world, it would have been great to see all that talent spent on more different projects. That said, Hunchback's a pretty dark film by Disney standards. Which is probably part of the reason why it never got the attention it deserved.

its already been confirmed by wreck (ages ago) that none of the currently vaulted titles will be put into steelbook

meaning it will NOT be

lion king
snow white
beauty and the beast
lady and the tramp
bambi
sleeping beauty - its coming out again next year in the u.s but signs indicate it will remain a vaulted title in the uk, which means there won't be a sleeping beauty steel either

so dont get your hopes up.

+ hopefully this will stop stupid 'its gona be lion king' guesses

In all likelihood it will either be Robin Hood, Hercules, or The Sword In The Stone, as these are the three making their blu-ray début later this year. As bobafettish66 said, it is NOT going to be a vaulted title.

While I don't doubt you, everything I've heard points to Sleeping Beauty being released at the end of this current (numbered) cycle, and so a steel is a possibility for late 2014/2015
