After seeing the pics i was interested for about 10 seconds until i noticed the price! if zavvi released this and charged that amount we would get 1000 posts complaining about the price sorry but Germany and media market are the biggest rips off on the market.

How many 3D/2D steelbooks have zavvi released? Except for Gravity, which costs 27€ and some old Disney stuff, they have things like Thor 2 and Percy Jackson and these cost 31,25€ and 33€ respectively- Predator has a lenticular magnet as well and costs 29€, so what is the problem?

Some people are just looking everywhere to find something to moan about apparentely...

Too Expensive?:hilarious: Sure, but what about Asian Releases? No matter how much they cost, people still buy them-if it`s too expensive-well,don`t buy it but stop calling MM or Saturn rip offs:thumbs: because it`s not true,Mate:LOL: Some people never stop complaining about Prices

I agree with karl01. If Zavvi were to release the exact Steelbook with lenticular magnet for 27 then there will definitely be numerous posts complaining about the price comparing it with Life of Pi which was priced 23 but dropped to 12 few months back at Sainsburys.

I NEVER heard anybody complain about the price for one of these MM lenticulars before to be honest. Once you have these in hand, you feel like you have gotten pretty good value for your hard earned. They also pretty much all sold out eventually, so there was no need for any price reductions.

MM apparently knows quite well how many copies to order, whereas zavvi sometimes "overcompensates" and has to dramatically reduce the price in order to move stock. I'm just talking about lenticulars of course, MM screwed up royally on things like The Big Bang, Coriolanus, Evil dead 2013 Cut and many many other (former :hilarious:) exclusives...

Maybe you haven't heard anyone complaining but I know people who have been put off by the high pricing and the fact MM doesn't ship overseas. In general they have been pricey. The lenticular Fox Steels with printed backs and printed German texts maybe better value but certainly not better looking. Thankfully we have seen a change in the trend with couple of titles being released with clean back.
