Too Expensive? Sure,but what about Asian Releases? No matter how much they cost,people still buy them-if it`s too expensive-well,don`t buy it but stop calling MM or Saturn rip offs because it`s not true,Mate Some people never stop complaining about Prices

Hong Kong version always released the rubbish Metalpak and selling on over 30 EUR, MM steel deserved this price than Asian version too much!

Agreed. If you want it buy it if you don't then don't buy it. I personally love and don't care that it is a but pricey, if you do then don't buy and move on.

You can say what you like about MM and Saturn, but they release quality Exclusive Steelbooks (mostly lenticular) which are not widely available elsewhere and they hardly ever go down in price.

So, while you may make think they are a rip off (which you are entitled to) I look at it as I am investing in a quality made Steelbook that will hold it's value. I'd rather pay €29.99 on release than €60-€75 six months later (see Avatar 3D)

They are no more a rip off than the Disney Steelbook. I'll never know what all the fuss over those is for

Price on an eBay auction really doesn't compare with the statement that the lenticular prices don't drop much on the retail side. Come on...

At least MM and Saturn and Muller produce something different from the rest like lenticular ( Wolverine, Predator, Hansel & Gretel) or unique design(eg Man of Steel, World War Z, etc). If I have to pay a premium to source them then so be it. I just cannot see how collectors can whinge about these prices when they are willing to pay top dollar for asian steels which are identical to local releases but just have a tiny bit of cardboard stuck on it's ass with some foreign writing on it.

guys I would just say that steelbooks in general is not where you should put your money if your LOOKING to make a win.

If you like the steelbook buy it and enjoy it , and if you sell it at a loss of money then you can say you at least could enjoy it for some time

I really don't understand how you guys could go at it like this just over some steel....

MM and Saturn are just like every other company who wants to make money , they are not going to sell you a quality Lenticular steelbook right off the bat for 16 GBP . What should I think when I saw what Zavvi did with most of its "exclusive" releases?? Zavvi charge also a lot of money and they don't have anything extra like a Lenticular Magnet. I sure would like to see some but im sure THEN that Zavvi would raise the selling price 5-8 GBP so you would basically be looking at the same price.

As for MM or Saturn not shipping overseas , well im not too sure that that wont be changing sometime in the future but you wont and cant expect them to ship secure for 3 Euros

I really like the lenticular steels from Germany and although not cheap they are quality imo, I would rather give my money for these releases than spend it on expensive cheap looking steels from a certain uk retailer

The cheap Region B Locked Matte single disc gang is here. Enjoy your 9.99 or Free cheap crap. I'll keep buying the quality releases from Asia, Germany, or anywhere else that releases quality. These guys are always whining about pricing and continue to buy the cheap, common stuff they're stuck with.

Pretty sure these cheap steels are being silenty purchased in lots which the elite crowd wouldn't admit easily.
