3D Predator (Blu-ray 3D) [UK]

The original predator in 3D has been announced at SDCC 2013 for a december release here's hoping a nice steelbook could be on the card's.

I doubt there'll be a steelbook for this especially as the UK doesn't get many 3D steels, although this is getting better. Also the steel would probably been announced now as the release is December.

However, if you've got the Play.com Predator steel then it's a great excuse to swap out the DVD disc in it for a 3D blu ray disc.

I just preordered the clooectors head and mask 3D blu ray from foxconnect, website said they were running low and I bet they weren't lmao

fingers crossed that the info was correct and that this does use a new transfer for both 3D and 2D versions. Fox admitted they dropped the ball with the UHE and excessive DNR and have already corrected Patton

well apparently according to sources outside HDN, both 3D AND 2D discs will be hosting a BRAND NEW transfer! the source materials were scanned at 4K apparently!

Ordered this. I watched Jurassic Park 3D last night and it's incredible. The jungle scenes had so much depth. I imagine this will look awesome.

How good is the 3D conversion on Predator?
I saw the movie not so long ago on blu ray and I had already read that they were planning to release a 3D version.
But I thought that there aren't that many scenes in the movie were you can really do something with the depth effect or any 3D effects coming at you?
or am I mistaking???
