Printing on steel: how can I use this?

I'm currently being hired by a large company which produces paint cans and spray paint cans. I run the printing department where I print 30"x40" sheets of steel with a bad ass ink jet printer. After the printing process (which only takes a minute or so), the ink is UV cured and the sheets go to another guy who puts them in a machine which puts a protective layer of laquer on them.
These sheets then go to other parts of he factory where they're being made into cans.
Now I've been thinking how I can use this to make cool custom packaging for some of my Blu-rays. I've already printed some hi-res movie posters onto steel which came out really cool. Do you guys have any ideas?
