Yeah hopefully, the only 2 I have ordered are cancelled in Harry Potter and A Clockwork Orange but they were through the GB here so a credit isn’t much use. If the GB host gets a full refund, then great.

Not sure how the artwork these will look (especially Prometheus) as it was clearly intended for the 3d finishes. As far as I'm aware, the flat artwork is present underneath the 3D embossing so maybe I could peel back the embossing and take a look...

I would take both of these, as they would be a nice addition to the original ones I have, but only if they offer them as an exchange for the previous preorders. They won’t see a dime from me anytime soon, that’s for sure.

Well if they're offering the choice of credit or a full refund then that's fair enough but the wording isn't especially clear so I'd still view them with suspicion until they act.

They've used the same details for the original edition and simply added the'GITD' wording so I'm assuming it'll be the embossed slip...

I can't tell from the photos, the lighting is too flat but I've been eyeing the Prometheus embossed slip for a while so it's very tempting if it's embossed...

I'm leaning towards them being flat from what they've shown so far though.

The photos on the website do seem to point towards the artwork being flat which is misleading as they're still referring to them as 'E3' slips which originally had the embossing. They're also claiming they're ready to ship but haven't revealed how much they will cost...

That I did. Apologies for the bad wording. I’ve never used these guys before. If I did I’d take careful consideration of my payment method and my ability to make a claim should I need to. The previous Alien release in particular looks great.

As someone mentioned above though, I hadn’t realised the embossing would now be gone potentially so I’d want to know what I’m actually buying first.

Regardless of what is on offer, given how sought after the originals tend to be, I’d assume this will sell out and I’d like to think they’re releasing an alternate version of popular relases to recoup some funds and get themselves back on track as opposed to raking in further funds with one last blow out before they vanish lol.

I picked my copies up from ebay so don't know much they would have been originally. I would imagine, but please don't quote me on this, that they were most likely around the £60 mark or slightly under...

I have the 4K Maniacs box already for Prometheus and Aliens. I'm not going to pay $367 for each loose edition just because they added glow-in-the-dark effect. $744 for 2 loose editions that were way cheaper a few years ago, no thank you. I'll take my $363 refund instead. At the current exchange rate, I paid $363 for 4 loose editions. You do the math.
