YESASIA confirmed Today that PROMETHEUS has left the building.
mine too. they said I will be "receiving it shortly"

Got mine today. And oh wow @ jsdvd packaging. Bubblewrap inside bubblewrap inside a box. It's kind of excessive but I love it.
Got mine too but the outer box was badly crushed and found my steelbook with a big dent.
Anyone know what's JSDVD's policy for dented steelbooks?

I never had a dented steelbook delivery from them, but I think they are a bunch of nice people there.
Just email them and tell then the situation and they should offer you some solution. Good luck.

Damn, that sucks. Sorry to hear that. I really think post office should handle smaller packages separately from bigger packages and I think at times they mix them together, thus crushing the smaller packages.
Just opened my Taiwan Steelbook. The inside artwork is Prometheus itself. Hmm, wasn't the Play.com one is David inside the star chart navigator? Or am I imagining that? The steelbook comes with a nice booklet. Makes me wish that I ordered more than one now that it's OOS. Sorry for the bad quality pictures. I couldn't be bothered using anything but iPhone camera.

Managed today to save mine from being returned because of incomplete address on the label.
The courier will hopefully deliver it tomorrow morning.
Arrgh! After reading this I thought I'd better track my parcel coming into the UK, and discovered that it had been delivered 3 days ago to the wrong address! Now I face the headache of trying to find out where the parcel went, and who signed for it. I have a feeling I'm going to end up having to go back to JSDVD and try and claim my money back. What a disaster!
I must say after these screw ups I'm not inclined to pre-order with JSDVD again. If they can't get the shipping address right the stuff is never going to reach me!

That's bad. Try to call the EMS hotline in the UK. In Germany they are very helpful.
And I always track my packages from Asia regularly to see where they are going.

I told EMS my correct address yesterday and they said to expect the parcel today between 8.00 a.m. and 12.00.
Tracking now says: recipient refused to accept.
EMS cannot be reached by phone, has been busy for hours now.
I sent them a fax and an e-mail.
How dumb can one be?

Thanks buddy, I don't know yet what went wrong and Parcelforce (EMS UK) are closed for the weekend.
Tracking info shows something really weird though - it says the courier contacted the recipient and advised them to collect the package from a depot. Then the parcel is shown as 'delivered' so it sounds like the van returned to the address later in the day and delivered the package. So someone at another address requested the parcel to be delivered to them even though they knew it was not for them. It stinks.
Gutted, because I really wanted this one and was so pleased to get a pre-order in.
Guess I'm going to find out now how good (or bad) JSDVD's customer service is.

Customs?
German EMS also has weird notifications to say the parcel is inspected by customs.
And seems also to be closed over the weekend although it's a subsidiary of German post. No way possible to contact them.
