I was thinking about ordering as i missed out on the Play.com steelbook
But i ended up yesterday purchasing the German Pulp Fiction Steelbook and also German Sin City Steelbook

I just prefer the German releases so i will give this a miss

I went ahead & placed an order for the Japanese version. I think that version has better interior artwork, and I rather like the plain back.

I know most may prefer art on the back, but in this case I think it looks oddly cluttered with the front so sparse. (Plus, when it's laid out flat like the above pic, it looks like they're gettin' ready to plug Uma full o' bullets in the back!)

Nice inside art, but DAMN that steel (wave) looks cheap

My favorite is the earlier UK Pulp Fiction, it's been so long since release, I can't remember if it was a Play.com or HMV release.

I got the Reservoir Dogs and From Dusk Till Dawn and in hand they look good to me for Zaavi releases.

I love Quentin so much, I would love any steels of his films or films he's involved with, I would love and accept anything.

I think the back looks wrong because of the way they have placed the pictures. They should have extended them out to the edges of the Steelbook. It look weird with a silver gap top and bottom. They would have been better just picking one image and putting it full size on the back IMO.

Pulp Fiction is my favorite film of all time, and this Play.com release is so BEAUTIFUL and one of my favorite Blu-ray steel books!

The back cover is just awful.

Looks like they couldn't decide what pic to choose so they stuck the two of them on there. (And it doesn't look as if they even managed to do that right as there's a big blank space on the top and bottom that crops the top of both characters heads off!!) Truly terrible looking.

Why put the pic of Bruce on the bike onto the cover at all? He shouldn't even be on there. He's only a small part of the story.

Yes it does stick out like a sore thumb. It's bordering on the dreadful stickerbook comparison

I'd leave mine sealed, so I wouldn't have to look at that.

most unfortunately i've had horrible luck with alliance steels. i've yet to get my hands on a single mint steel in the 5-6 i've been collecting, especially from amazon.ca. packing already dented steels + piss-poor packaging = free dented replacements.

Oh man. A plain silver back is way better than that back cover. It must be the most horrible back cover design I've seen.
And the inside art. What's the audience doing in that photo? Or are those bouncers? They take up bigger space than Mia and Vincent. Are they even in the twist scene? You put the disc in place and voila, you're staring at an inside art starring two arses worth 22 CAD.

Got mine last night...I like the look of the front, spine and inside. The back is terrible, but 3 out of 4 is pretty good i guess. That being said, the movie is a 10/10, so it really deserves better.

WOW, that is one of the ugliest steels I've seen. What is the deal with the back? Truly terrible. Not to mention the lazy cheap front, cheap matte finish, and lack of inside art.

i agree with you that this could have been 100% better, but it does have inside art. look at the pictures again.
