Yeah, but that's gone all quiet....... this will happily tide me over until that does get released though :D

Nothing has been said, and I can't find a press release for it anywhere.

This is released next week so it'll be interesting to see what's actually on the disc (my guess is it's gonna be barebones)

I got mine this morning. There's no extras mentioned on the back. I would open it up and check, but I think I'll be sending it back. The disc details on the back state the dreaded 1080i:(

Has anyone watched theirs projected? I watch everything projected onto an 8 foot screen, so 1080i can look pretty bad.

[Update] I decided to keep it. I put it in the player and it displayed at 1080p/24hz. And unless I'm mistaken, a Blu-ray can't be displayed at 24hz unless that disc is the full HD 1080p. Am I wrong?

It looks to me like they made a mistake on the back cover.

As for the film itself, that's the first time I've seen it since it was released on Vhs, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I look forward to seeing it fully uncut one day.

You should have waited a few weeks and get the Koch release... R-Rated, Unrated, Workprint.

People don't want to pay the price though, £9 vs £30? For the true movie fans (ie me) they'll gladly pay the £30 to get the various cuts and extras

Looking at other reviews on Amazon you are correct. The film is in 1080p and the back must be a misprint!
