Hi guys,
Hope all is well,
I am a vivid collector of pop culture posters and fine art related to gamming. I have amazed quite a considerable collection of gaming promotional poster and fine art and I have some doubt about optimal storage and this seems like a good placed to get some guidance. I currently have a 24x36 inches baroque portfolio to store poster and prints and I was wondering how do you ensure proper storage of this a maximum load of it? Given the different sizing Fine art can have, A1 posters and US poster usually 22x28 inches I am now seriously wondering how to prevent indentation and proper way to organize the set up.
I am currently storing the binder flat and I was initally planning to fill it up to the max recommended capacity of 100 prints but, now, it doesn't seem wise. Would the following approach be the best for long term archival
Limit the poster capacity to 60% of the max indicated capacity ( so 60 prints). organize from bigger to smaller the prints? So starting from A1 section going all the way to 22x28 inches (is close to B2) and putting the fine art where it's closer to that session?
Would love to heard the approach on this
