Still cant believe that I missed this one, got out of my bed at 6.30pm and it was sold out. Going by this thread there was only going to be 5 people buying, lol. So is this zavvi's new policy of holding back stock for release day to screw over the scalpers, where the scalpers will have to hold onto there stock until zavvi sell the remaining 2000 copies?

It's not a new policy, they've been doing it for a while now.

The 3D Disney titles last year took ages to sell out. They were cheaper and arguably had nicer artwork.

Limited to 3000 copies or not this has fugly artwork = fartwork and is sold out. Go figure.

This selling out at £25 THAT fast was pretty much proof of how full of **** Zavvi is. There's no way... Seems like they're just trying to create artificial demand, as usual.

Exactly, as if this steel was so desirable to collectors that 3000 copies sold out that quickly! At least try to give it a believable amount of time before claiming they're sold out (like never?)

Why post false statements like this? It isn't helpful to anyone.

You need to remember things sound different in our heads when we read other peoples comments and we dont know how others sound or the way they are saying it. Maybe idiot was the wrong word and it sounded like I was being nasty and as a true Englishman I should of put doughnut!
