I was excited too... heard nothing but great things about it, and I loved Saulnier's previous film (Blue Ruin), so my expectations were high. Green Room is nothing we haven't already seen before though... there's nothing special or clever about the plot, and it's basically just gory for the sake of being gory. The thing that annoyed me most though, as it often does with these sort of films, was the fact that the victims were as dumb as a bar stool... so by the end of it I'm actually cheering for the bad guys! I also kept hearing from people how Patrick Stewart was "great" and "creepy" in the film, but the dude hardly f*****g did anything lol.

- For those who find the first one and The Jerk funny.

- When even the most basic things go wrong. Only watched because of my favourite actor Hopkins, a fatal mistake.

- The best or the worst psychosis in years depending on who's watching.
Warcraft -

- Warcraft: Beginning: The Phantom Menace: A New Hope. Creating fitting names was more fun than the actual film.
Independence Day: Resurgence -

- Surprisingly sympathic sci-fi destruction movie after completely soulless special effect hell 2012. A half star extra for melting my heart a bit.
Green Room -

- A modern Texas Chain Saw Massacre for me, I'm in love.
