Today I ordered a double lenti directly from Hdzeta. After introducing the card information I got the message that stated to contact the bank but without containing any status of the transaction. Back on the Hdzeta site the status of the order is that payment failed.

Now, the issue is that I receive a message from the bank stating the payment was done and if I don't recognize the transaction to contact the bank.

Ideas?

Personally I would contact HDZeta promptly and ask if they did indeed receive payment or not (might be a sight glitch that it shows payment did not go through) and furthermore contact the bank in order to enquire exactly how the payment went through and so on...

If anyone interested: just called the bank and they said they blocked they payment due to the fact an unsecure site was used which flagged it as suspicios. They also locked my credit card. Beware it was a Mastercard

In my experience HDzeta is not very responsive when contacted.

They have alway replied to me within 24 hrs which considering the 6 hr time gap is not bad, anyways I would try in anycase

If it’s your first transaction with them it’s normal. Banks do that often. You can confirm it was a legit transaction and it will be whitelisted.

There should be a box added at one point. I have a pending payment for a box. During the ordering process something went wrong and another order was created which did had a successful payment
